About Us

White Rose industrial and commercial property agents, consultants, valuers and surveyors was established by Chris White in Birmingham in 1988 as a niche practice and has gained a formidable reputation for its in-depth knowledge of industrial and commercial property in the West Midlands region.

Chris White has always been a keen sports enthusiast and in his school days was captain of a highly successful school rugby team, before he joined and played rugby for Saracens RFC until the mid-1970s. The competitive and leadership qualities are a dominant force at White Rose industrial and commercial property agents.

Michael Sheppard, a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, has been involved at White Rose since it was formed in 1988. Michael’s other interests including football and motor racing, and these days his involvement is on a consultancy basis.

Luke Neal who joined straight from school in 2006, secured his degree on a day release basis from Birmingham City University and gained his Chartered Surveyor status in 2014 and is now both a Director and shareholder of White Rose. Luke’s many and varied interests include football, motor racing and travelling.

White Rose provides an ethical service, stringently avoiding conflicts of interest, and has built its reputation by looking after the interests of clients, providing in-depth and honest advice, leading to long-term trust between client and consultant.

Located in Birmingham, a major and ever expanding international city in the heart of England, are able to offer concise, cutting edge, innovative advice and a personal, professional, quality service backed by a wealth of experience.

The main thrust of the business is property agency related, both acquisition and disposal of industrial and warehouse properties or investments. White Rose has a broad range of clients and much repeat business from private individuals, local based private and national companies, and national public companies.

  • Chris White FNAEA (comm) - Director

    Chris has been involved in the industrial and commercial property sector since the mid-1960s, initially in London where at the age of 26 he became a partner in one of the leading industrial property agents in the country, moving to Birmingham in 1977 to establish their industrial property agency department and looking after the property interests of many major industrialists, developers and investment clients before establishing White Rose Real Estates in 1988.   • Luke Neal MRICS - Director

    Luke is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and now has over 11 years of experience in the Industrial and Commercial property market in the West Midlands. Luke advises clients on the disposal and acquisition of Industrial and commercial premises, and is involved in providing strategic asset advice, including the restructuring of leases, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals. Luke is admired by his clients and peers for his personal and proactive approach to dealing with all property related matters. Principle Activity: Industrial Agency and Asset Management.

  • Max Andrews - Apprentice Surveyor

    Max is an apprentice surveyor who joined White Rose in September 2017 from Arden Academy and Sixth Form. He is currently attending Birmingham City University on a part-time Real Estate degree and is completing a Level 6 Chartered Surveying Apprenticeship.
